ITINERARY:
Syros - Mykonos/Delos - Paros -
Sifnos - Serifos - Syros
Departures are guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants.
The described itineraries are only recommendations and
there is no obligation on our part to keep them exactly
as mentioned above. Itineraries can be changed due to
weather conditions or because of specific preferences
of the crew: the Aegean Sea offers an unbelievable big
variety in moorings on picturesque islands, beautiful
beaches or in romantic bays.
Sailing: Every participant
will become a member of the crew and be involved in all
sailing activities (manoeuvring, navigation) and in general
in all aspects of daily life aboard. Our skippers will
be at your disposal to instruct and advise you.
Previous sailing skills or experience is not required.
Our skippers are well acquainted with the Greek islands
and will be perfect guides.
The daily legs are between 4 and 6 sailing hours, depending
on the distance and wind conditions. If the route allows
it, there will be a stop around noon to swim and have
lunch.
Yoga: At every stop, everyone
can relax, enjoy the crystal-clear Aegean Sea, visit local
places of interest or practise yoga.
Every morning and/or afternoon you will have sessions
for relaxation and stretching on the most beautiful sandy
beaches of the Cyclades…
Your trainer, Suzanna Stok, will help
you work your body. Her field of activities includes Iyengar
yoga, therapeutic stretching and massage. Suzanna is also
an experienced sailor and is sailing for years in Greece.
She is from Holland, speaks French, English and Greek.
For her, to combine sea, sailing and yoga is a wonderful
concept, she will share with you...

RECEPTION AND TRANSFERS: When
you make a reservation, please inform us about time and
place of your arrival in Greece, so we can give you suggestions
on how to continue your journey and how to reach your yacht
in its port of departure. WHAT
TO BRING AND FORMALITIES: Light clothes and garments
to protect your skin from sun burn, sun glasses, sun cream,
sport shoes (white soles), but also sweaters and oilies
(in spite of the sun it is also necessary to protect yourself
against wind and spray water) – all packed in a
soft bag that is easy to handle. Bed linen, blankets,
towels and yoga materials are provided. Nevertheless,
a sleeping bag is recommended for early and late season
sailing. We recommend that you to arrange for a complete
travel assurance that also covers repatriation.
WEATHER CONDITIONS: April/May/Mid-June:
Sunny spring weather with moderate winds for easier sailing.
The air is filled with the scent of spring and the landscape
still green and full of flowers. The sea, still a bit
cool in April but starting to warm up from the beginning
of May, is perfect for a fresh morning dip!
September/October: Autumn is a very pleasant season to
sail, especially for those who do not enjoy the summer
heat so much. The winds become more moderate again. Summer
crowds make place for a quiet and peaceful period. The
days become shorter, but end with the most enchanting
sunsets. The sea, which has been warmed-up all summer,
now has the ideal temperature for swimming.
