* Included in the price: accommodation on board in a double cabin, full bedding, towels, services of the skipper, every day yoga session (1h ¼) with your teacher and yoga equipment.
A board kitty of 420 € per person will be charged. This kitty includes the meals on board and in tavernas, the service of the skipper, port expenses, water, fuel and cleaning of the yacht at the end of the trip. It does not include transfers, rental car or scooter, site visits and museum and bar bills.
Every participant will be a member of the crew who learn how to sail and be involved in all activities on board (manoeuvring, navigation) as well as all aspects of daily life. No sailing skills are required.
Itinerary for the Yoga : Santorini, Ios, Sikinos, Koufonissi, Amorgos, Iraklia, Thirasia, Santorini
The daily trips have between 4 and 6 hours sailing depending on distance and wind conditions. Where possible there will be a stop around noon to swim and have lunch.
Your skipper has extensive knowledge of the Greek islands and will show you picturesque small ports with their tavernas as well the most famous beautiful beaches in the Cyclades with their crystal clear waters.
Every day we will practice yoga, according the sailing program, the sessions will be held in the morning or in the afternoon. Your teacher will take you to the most beautiful places of Cyclades for yoga and meditation.
Suzanna started teaching yoga in 2009 in combination with sailing workshops in Greece, but her practice started a longtime before that. She started practicing yoga 20 years ago at the Iyengar Institute in Amsterdam and later she shifted more towards Therapeutic Stretching. She is a Yin Yoga, Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga teacher. With these combinations her focus is on deep stretching combined with breathing to unblock physical imbalances. She enjoys giving lots of individual attention and corrections when needed. For her, Yoga is to be connected with yourself and others, with nature and to be open minded and not trapped in daily habits. Suzanna is from Amsterdam and speaks English, French and Greek.
She is also an experienced sailor and has been sailing in Greece for many years. For her, combining sea, sailing & yoga and meditation in the Cyclades is an exceptional experience she wants to share with you…

Life on a sailing boat is a little different from life on land. There are some rules you have to respect but also a lot of joy to be discovered! The following information and suggestions will help to make your stay on board as pleasant as possible.
Yoga sessions will be in the morning or late afternoon depending of the navigation program. This does not prevent everyone to visit the specific aspects of the island.
Normally every morning at 8 am, yoga session for an hour and a quarter, breakfast on board, refueling, storage, preparation for navigation .Departure is around 10am, it usually takes between 4 and 6 hours to arrive at the next destination which is dependent on distance and wind. If possible we stop for a swim and lunch on board. The aim, of course, is to make the thrill of sailing a pleasant experience for everybody each and every day. The skipper will be available at all times to help you improve your sailing skills.
In the afternoon we will anchor in a traditional Greek harbor or remote bay where you can either discover the local charms or just relax on board and enjoy the beautiful Aegean sea.
Evening: At the end of the day you can share your experiences with the rest of the crew while sampling a traditional Greek ouzo. In the evening we can have dinner in an island taverna where you will be introduced to traditional Greek cuisine. Alternatively we can cook and dine on board. Before nightfall the skipper and the crew will discuss the itinerary for the next day’s voyage.
