Far from the tourist circuits, we offer you a journey of exploration and adventure, taking possession of your body and mind. During your cruise, we will stop in marvelous sites known for their beauty and peaceful atmosphere.
Each island has unique places to practice yoga. A yoga teacher will be there in addition to the skipper to offer you yoga sessions ashore.
A daily session is scheduled during the cruise : in the morning or at the end of the afternoon according to the navigation program and the specific aspects to visit during the stopover, without forgetting the moments of relaxation and swimming.
Suzanna Stok has been combining the practice of Yoga and Sailing in Greece since 2009. She is a yoga teacher, graduate of Yin Yoga, Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga.
She started practicing yoga over 30 years ago at theIyengar Institute Amsterdam. Later, she turned to therapeutic stretching and meditation. She is licensed in Yin Yoga, Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga. Suzanna combines deep stretching and breathing to help unlock our physique.
She likes to give everyone her full attention and offers personalized corrections when needed. For Suzanna, yoga is an encounter, a connection with oneself but also with nature and others.
Susanna is also an experienced navigator and has been crisscrossing Greece and more particularly the Cyclades for many years.
We will take you to the most beautiful places for yoga and meditation sessions... Everyone will be able to relax, appreciate the charm and magic of the Cyclades.

You are totally part of the crew, everyone has their role to play by participating in maneuvers, navigation, life on board. No level or skill in sailing is required.
Stages of 3 to 5 hours depending on the distance and the winds with, if the course allows it, a lunch break for lunch and swimming.
Your English-speaking skipper, with a great knowledge of the Greek islands, will take you from the small picturesque ports to the welcoming tavern through the most beautiful coves of the Cyclades, with crystal clear waters.
Our sailboats are monohulls, from 12 to 15 meters, from 4 to 5 cabins (double berths or bunk beds), our sailboats are safe, seaworthy and well suited for this type of cruise.
Maximum capacity of 6 to 8 participants depending on the sailboats + the skipper and the yoga teacher.
All sailboats and all participants are insured in the event of accidents and serious damage.
The prices include: Accommodation on the sailboat in a double cabin, insurance, complete bedding, towels, skipper's services, daily practice of one and a quarter hours of yoga by a teacher with yoga equipment.
An on-board cash box is made up of: €520 per person for the cruise; cash delivery upon boarding.
It is a package including meals taken on board and in the tavern (skipper and yoga teacher included), port, water, fuel and cleaning of the sailboat at the end of the cruise. It does not include transfers, vehicle rental, visits to sites and museums and bar consumption.

A circuit that allows you to discover the wilder islands of the small Cyclades up to Amorgos, the island where certain scenes of the film "the Big Blue" were shot.
Paros – Antiparos/Despotikos – Iraklia – Amorgos – Koufonisia – Naxos – Paros.
Paros meet at 18:00 PM at the main port of Parikia. Welcome and presentation of the cruise, refueling, storage on board and dinner at the tavern in the evening. Night on board and departure in the morning for Antiparos.
Paros – Antiparos/Despotiko (3-4 hours sailing).
In the morning, for those who wish, visit the village and the port of Parikia. Do not miss the great Byzantine basilica of Panaghia Ekatontapyliani.
Around noon, anchor in a pretty bay north of Antiparos and have lunch on board. Navigation, in the narrows between Paros and Antiparos. At the end of the afternoon, anchorage in the bay; Yoga session and barbecue on Despotiko beach.

Antiparos/Despotikos – Iraklia (4-5 hours sailing).
Stopover in the South-West of Iraklia, at the small beach of Alimias, swimming above a plane wreck from the Second World War.
Meal on board and arrival in Saint Georges in the afternoon, a small picturesque port north of Iraklia, the first island of the small Cyclades.
Mooring at the dock, walk, visit to the village and yoga session at the end of the afternoon. Meal at the tavern in the evening.
Iraklia – Amorgos (4-5 hours sailing).
In the morning for the bravest, there is a very pretty hike to the cave of Agios Ioannis (around 5 hours round trip). To make fresh.

Departure for a beautiful day of navigation along the coast of Naxos. The largest and richest of the Aegean islands, arriving in the late afternoon at the port of Naxos, mooring near the door of Apollo.
Walk through the city in the footsteps of multiple civilizations, antiquity, the Byzantine Empire, Venetian duchies, without forgetting the Franks. Yoga session and meal at the tavern in the evening.
Naxos – Paros (4-5 hours sailing).
In the morning, crossing to Paros, anchoring at noon in the bay of Naoussa, swimming, walk on the northern tip of Tourkou, meal on board and return to the main port Parikia.
Disembarkation at the port of Parikia, in the morning, around 10 a.m. We can be back at base on Saturday evening for early morning transfers.
